Elite Multi-sport Program
This program is for the athlete that wants to take their performance to the next level. So you have completed your first triathlon or similar endurance event and now are ready to go from just finishing to competing in the race. Maybe it is to complete your first Ironman, or qualifying for Kona. Go from middle of the pack to winning your age group. This program is all encompassing. We look at every aspect in order to help you achieve things that you never thought possible.

  • Program designed based on heart rate to ensure the highest performance possible without the risk of injury or overtraining.
  • Initial meeting to determine level of athlete, and goals.
  • Determination of limiters and strategy to improve.
  • Development of an Annual Training Plan. (ATP)
  • Determination of race schedule based on goals and “A” race.
  • Custom schedule e mailed on Sundays for the following week. Unlimited schedule alterations throughout the week based on individual need
  • Access to trainingpeaks training log. A value of over $100 a year included in this program.
  • Unlimited e mails, phone calls, text messages etc.
  • Pre and post “A” race meeting.
  • Race strategies provided.
  • Nutrition is probably the most important aspect of any training program, which is why included in your set up fee, you will have the opportunity to meet with Sports Dietitian, Eve Pearson, RD, CSSD for a nutrition consultation to ensure that your nutrition habits coincide with your training/race goals. Basic Coaching Program
This program is for the individual who wants to be more organized about their exercise. Move from just exercising to training. Maybe it is a 5K, or your first multisport event. This program is the first step into the sporting lifestyle.

  • Single sport coaching only.
  • Initial meeting to determine level of athlete, and goals.
  • Determination of limiters and strategy to improve.
  • Development of an Annual Training Plan. (ATP)
  • Weekly schedules.
  • 1 schedule adjustment/week.
  • Athlete initiated phone calls.
  • Unlimited e mail with second priority response time.
  • Trainingpeaks account included.

One on One Coaching Sessions
Sometimes an athlete may need some one on one time in a specific sport in order to improve overall.
