Practicing what she preaches, Coach Della has been a competitive endurance athlete since high school. She is a USA Triathlon Certified Coach, USA Cycling Certified Coach, and is a certified Spin Instructor, Group Trainer and Pilates Instructor.

Della has completed 20+ marathons including; Boston (twice), NYC (twice) and Chicago. She is a five-time All-American Triathlete and three-time All American Duathlete. Della has completed 9 ironman events including Florida, Wisconsin, Couer D'Alene, Lake Placid, Louisville and the Ironman Hawaii World Championship.

Della has coached athletes ranging from first-timers to the experienced with many of her athletes taking home hardware at their races - including qualifying for the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii. Della doesn't care if you are a beginner or an elite-runner, cyclist or triahtlete, she feels that personalized coaching can maximize an individuals potential and still allow time for a balance lifestyle.
