Ron Tribendis has been an athlete his entire life, playing baseball and basketball through high school and college. During chiropractic school, Ron
has completed more than a dozen Half Ironman events and 8 Ironman events including Brazil, Wisconsin, Couer
D’Alene and Arizona where he qualified to compete in the 2006 World Championship
in Kona.

Practicing what she preaches, Coach Della has been a competitive endurance athlete since high school. She has completed over 20 marathons, 20 plus 70.3 distance races, 9 Ironman events including the Ironman Hawaii World Championship in Kona and winning her division at Ironman Louisville, KY in 2009. |

My story is not of immediate success it is one of, sweat and hard work. I am obviously not a natural at anything; I have had to learn to be as efficient as possible to achieve any success. I know what it takes to rise amongst the bottom dwellers, to the mid packers to elite status.
