Day 2
Yesterday was pretty productive on the training front. I literally trained... ate.... napped..... trained.... ate.... napped... trained..... ate..... and when to bed. And today is looking to be the same. Like groundhogs day. lol It was the best day of training since Ironman. The swim was like an aquarium yesterday. I think when I was here for Ironman the earthquake really messed with the water. It was so clear and calm. I was screwing up on my breathing because I wanted to see the fish. Started a ride with Chris and Linda. We rode out the Queen K. They turned early. I ended up meeting Trey for the ride home. The winds were out. Chris, Linda, and I ended the day with a run just in time to watch the run come down. It really is crazy how quality your training can be when you don't have anything else to worry about. It is pretty hard not to improve. I am sore today, which tells me I went a little hard yesterday. I am going to have to take it down a notch today in order to make it to next weekend. I am going to try to get most of my training in early today so I can test out some of these body boards. I will probably be more sore from that. And this statement is for my wife.... Yes honey, I will be careful. LOL I am going to try to get some pictures on here tonight.
