Day 1 Sort of.......
Well just woke up. Couldn't really sleep in. The flight over here is just a beat down. We got in yesterday around 3:00 Hawaii time. I just love this place. It is totally different now than at Ironman time. Being here is definitely bringing back memories of the race. Things I had forgotten. It is great to be here relaxed. I decided I am going to use this blog as my training log for the week. That's all for now. Have a swim in about an hour, after about a pot of coffee.

Strength: 20 min flexibility, and foam roller.
