Update #2
Well, last week was pretty solid. Again, my volume is down, but my intensity is up slightly. Here is how the week looked. 15 total hours+sprint race. 10000k in the water. Mostly shorter intervals with less rest in between. 100 miles on the bike. 2 interval sessions during the week and a sprint race on Sun. 1 interval session done on the computrainer. 25 miles running. 4 total runs. 1 tempo during the week and a sprint race on Sun. 1 core session. The race on Sun was great. I had a lot of fun and it was great to be out there racing with some friends. As far as my performace. It was ok. I basically red lined the entire way. The best thing is that I am healthy and felt very comfortable going hard on the run. This coming week I have to say has caught me by surprise when I got my schedule from Ahmed. It is interesting to see how the last two weeks leading up to an Ironman have changed over the years. I will let you know how it went after I complete it. Taking today off to recharge after the race yesterday.

So don't keep us in suspense tell us about your last two weeks and why you think it has changed over the last few years.
I like to see what other training philosphies are and how they go along with or against what I think.
Excited yet?

I'll show you mine if you show me yours. :)
You are really kidding I hope.
Of course I am kidding. It just seems like I am doing alittle more these last two weeks than I did in the past. I am going to lay it out in my blog when I get a chance.
I thought so. Advice from an old worn out man. Do what worked so well for you last time. Because it really worked well.
